Nashville is growing in record numbers

First, you should know that Nashville is a growing city, and it's expected to continue growing. People are moving to Tennessee in record numbers. This means that you should expect to see an influx of new people and businesses in the city just like you...So just keep that in mind.

New analysis from the University of Tennessee Knoxville (UTK) shows the state could possibly grow by nearly 1 million people over the next 20 years with the population reaching 7.87 million by 2040. Nashville is a dynamic city that is constantly changing. It's THE destination for people and companies on the rise. From bustling city life to inevitable traffic jams, you'll need to expect growth in this booming metropolis!

Nashville weather

Nashville has some sizzling summers and toasty winters! If you're visiting during the summer, get ready for temperatures hotter than a jalapeño pepper and humidity levels to match...and yes, this also means bugs...lots of them! Screened in patios are always a good idea if you enjoy sitting outside to enjoy those beautiful summer nights to avoid getting eaten alive by mosquitos! As for winters? You'll experience mostly mild weather with lots of rain and just enough snowfall every now and then to make sure your hot chocolate sits extra well in those hand-knit mittens.

Nashville is not boring

If

excitement is what you crave, there's no better place to be than Nashville! From rocking out at concerts and festivals to channeling your inner thespian with some theater performances, this city has it all. From the CMA music festival to their famous 4th of July celebration, "Let Freedom Sing," Nashville is home to quite a few world-famous festivals that you won't want to miss.

Need to get out of the house and try something new? Tennessee offers both thrills and chills with its 874 waterfalls, hundreds of hiking trails perfect for discovering nature's hidden gems, as well golf courses that are sure to challenge even Tiger Woods. Get wild in Nashville - a place where every adventure is unforgettable!

Nashville people are friendly

If you thought moving to Nashville meant saying goodbye to the friendly people that make a city feel like home, think again! In Music City, USA, those down-home vibes are in full effect - and it's not just musical friends. Everyone from high rollers on Broadway Street to hipsters at your local cafe will welcome newcomers with friendly smiles and meaningful conversations. I've personally had some of the best conversations in Nashville with complete strangers.

Nowhere else will show off its heart like Music City - its energetic culture adds an extra layer of excitement while the wealth of entertainment options makes sure your days are jam-packed with fun. Before long, you'll feel right at home in one of America's most exciting cities!
