While, personally...I would come back just to eat the bread...The real star of the show at Carne Mare is, of course, the steak. The restaurant offers a wide selection of premium cuts of meat, each cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Choose from a 10 oz wagyu 'Bavetta' steak, 12 oz gorgonzola-cured Wagy striploin, or the super flavorful prime rib. Each steak is a masterpiece in its own right!
But the menu at Carne Mare offers so much more than just steak. The seafood options are equally impressive, with dishes like the Lobster in Purgatorio seasoned with Calabrian chili and citrus or the roasted swordfish. I'm looking forward to trying one of these on our next visit! And the sides are the perfect complement to any meal.
