In a small concert venue in the heart of the Northern Quarter, a handful of fans and newcomers alike were treated to a display of passion and intimacy. From Beth Bombara to Jamie Wyatt truth and heart took centre stage. Each cord and note brought forward a sensation of admiration.
The evening began with an assortment of tracks which were not defined by one genre. Beth took an interesting approach by combining elements of different genres like bluegrass and folk while blending them into her sound.
It takes a strong character to bring forth a deep and not so easy of pasts and share it with a room full of strangers. Jaime Wyatt left no stone unturned and touched the hearts of many with truthful lyrics and emotional insight which carried over until the very end.
You could easily forget that it’s their first time in the United Kingdom for Beth Bombara and Jaime Wyatt as they brought their experience over from the US and delivered a lot more than the value of admission. Although the turn out was small they treated everyone with equal respect and measure.
They felt right at home at the Gullivers and they showcased themselves as artists. It was an excellent night of music and here’s to hoping they come back soon.
